CND Dream House – Return & Refund Policy

Updated for Canada + Global Studio processing


1. Hair Extensions – Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for hair extensions only if the items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

To qualify for a return:

  • The hair must remain sealed in its original packaging

  • No signs of wear, brushing, installation, washing, dyeing, or styling

  • All accessories, gifts, and packaging must be included

If the seal is broken, the product is considered used and cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Return Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Return postage

  • Any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition

  • Any customs charges caused by incorrect declaration

Important:

Please mark the return package as “Returned Goods” and declare a low value (under USD $20) to avoid unnecessary import charges.


3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

For hygiene, safety, and handling reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Brushes and combs

  • Nano beads

  • Hair extension tapes / replacement tapes

  • Nano tool kits

  • Eyelashes (lashes)

  • Small consumable or accessory items

  • Any items marked “final sale” on the product page

These items cannot be returned even if unopened.


4. Processing Time & Cancellations

Canada Warehouse Items

Orders for items shipping from Canada are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once the order is prepared or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Global Studio Items (Made-to-Order / Special Lengths)

Some lengths and colours require 5–7 business days of production before shipping.

Because these items are made upon order, cancellations are not accepted once production has started.


5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return unopened hair for a refund and place a new order.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist you immediately.
